We are currently accepting all enquiries for Sydney and Gold Coast. If your region is in lockdown, we will confirm with the relevant teams and advise accordingly.
We can accept future bookings for all events/parties but as per our usual terms and conditions, a deposit will be required to secure your booking (which will be outlined in your quotation).
All deposits are non-refundable (even in the event of a lockdown) but your event can be transferred to another available date or a credit can be provided which is valid for 12 months.
All terms and conditions for your booking will be outlined in your quotation and your confirmation as each supplier we work with have their specific requirements for each individual booking.
It is our priority to ensure the safety and well being of all the staff/suppliers and families we have the pleasure of working with. Care and consideration is taken whilst we work with you on your event.
