• How It Works

DEPOSIT

All bookings require a deposit to secure your party. The deposit amount varies and will be outlined in your quotation. Deposits can be made by credit card or EFT and are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment is required 10 business days prior to your party. This payment can be made by credit card or EFT.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel within 10 days of your party date there is a 50% cancellation fee or within 48 hours 100% cancellation fee. If you choose to reschedule within 48 hours notice of your party there is a 50% fee that will be incurred.

TRAVEL FEE'S

Travel fee's may apply depending on your location. Any travel fee's will be outlined in your quotation.

We know how long it can take to find everything for the perfect party and we love the opportunity of making it as easy as possible for you.

This is the only platform where you can book everything you need, and have someone (us!) organise and coordinate it all. You'll receive a summary of your event so you can sit back and relax while we do the rest. 

We want to make sure everything in your event caters to your needs, desire and vision. Every event is tailored, so we know that the location and requirements can make the final numbers vary.

At the same time, we want our numbers to be as transparent as possible. We hate hidden fees, and surprises at a party should only be positive ones! That's why we ask you to submit a quote to make sure we can give you the most accurate price right from the start!

Once we get your quote, we'll go over your needs and get in touch with our network of suppliers to make sure the date you requested is available. If you have submitted any custom requests, we'll review them and get back to you on how we can accommodate them.

Our goal is to get back to you with a quote in one business day. Please note that if you send your request over the weekend we'll have it ready for you by Tuesday! Our team is committed to getting a quote back to you as soon as possible.

If you want to go ahead with your booking, we'll ask you to confirm acceptance of the quote and pay the required deposit as outlined in the quote to secure your booking.

All terms and conditions will be outlined in your quotation.

Attendance by one of our staff members isn't included in the standard request, but we'd love to join you if you want us to assist you on the day! Just make sure to mention it in your request.

All deposits made are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. We know that sometimes unexpected things can happen, so if you need to change your booking, we'll do our best to accommodate a reschedule.

Any cancellation requirements will be outlined in your initial quotation along with all terms and conditions of your booking, so you always know what's going on.
