Quotations are valid for 5 days, unless otherwise specified. We are unable to guarantee your booking until we receive your deposit and booking request form to secure your party.
A deposit is required to secure your booking which will be outlined in your quote and final payment will be required 7 days prior to the party.
All deposits are non-refundable but with notice, your booking can be rescheduled to another date. You have up to 12 months to use the credit.
Once we have received your deposit and request form, you will receive a confirmation from us to indicate your booking is confirmed and secure. Final payment is due 7 days prior to your party, otherwise we are unable to finalise your booking.
You will also be required to provide final numbers 3 days prior to your party.
If you need to cancel within 7 days of your party date the deposit is non-refundable but no further fee is occurred. You may reschedule your party to another date. You have 12 months to use this as a credit.
We suggest that you consider your wet weather strategy when planning your party. Consider things like having a back up plan / venue if there is wet weather or would you need to reschedule this. For outdoor picnic set ups and jumping castles, we would need to discuss the option to reschedule your party to a suitable date.
It is up to the discretion of the supplier if they proceed to set up in weather that could be unsuitable for example rain or storm predictions.
We understand that it can be challenging to obtain final numbers from your guests, some may not show on the day or some may turn up you weren’t aware of. We ask that you please provide to the best you can your final numbers so we can ensure the supplier booked for your party is prepared. It can be challenging for an entertainer or a supplier if there is a sudden increase in numbers that we were not aware of as we want to ensure you have the best experience on the day.
As we navigate the lockdown and restrictions, all bookings are taken at the discretion of the supplier and the ability to provide their service during those restrictions. Safety is paramount during this time and all the teams involved take great care in ensuring those safety measures at met, for both staff and families.

Travel fee's may apply depending on your location. Any travel fee's will be outlined in your quotation.
